The company intends to pursue the cosmetic products business and to consider the expansion of the product and brand portfolio beyond the original range after the initial development phase.
The current range of products, branded as the Ellipse Skin Science brand, will be distributed via a web based outlet, with appropriate supportive media advertising directing traffic to the site. The initial program will begin with a test-marketing phase and if successful, will be followed by a national roll out on a state-by-state basis.
Once success has been attained with the Ellipse range, the company intends to investigate and if appropriate, develop further brands and product ranges. These further ranges may also include an OTC therapeutic range featuring psoriasis, arthritic and sports inflammation creams, which have already been developed by Apollo.

In addition to the above, the board will actively review new transactions and opportunities that may, or may not be in the same sector, with the objective of creating shareholder value.
