Mr Roger Steinepreis

Chairman
Roger is a lawyer and Chairman of Perth based firm, Steinepreis Paganin. He has practised as a lawyer for over 25 years, acting as legal adviser to a number of public companies on a wide range of corporate related matters. His areas of practice focus on company restructures, initial public offerings and takeovers.

 

Mr Nick Castleden

Managing Director
Nick is a geologist with 19 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development industry. He has worked with Australian mining companies including Mt Isa Mines, Perilya Mines, MPI Mines, LionOre and Breakaway Resources in various exploration, geological and management capacities and has had operational experience in Africa, North and South America and across Australia. He has particular experience in the gold, nickel and base metal exploration business and has participated in the discovery and delineation of new gold and nickel sulphide systems that have progressed through feasibility studies to successful mining.

 

Tony James

Non-executive Director
Mr Tony James is a mining engineer with considerable operational, new project development and corporate experience including recent roles as the current Managing Director of Carbine Resources (ASX: CRB), Atherton Resources (ASX: ATE) and Mutiny Gold (ASX: MYG). At Atherton Resources he achieved a favourable outcome for shareholders following the takeover by Auctus Minerals. At Mutiny he led the implementation of a revised development strategy for the Deflector copper-gold deposit in WA that resulted in the successful merger of Mutiny Gold and Doray Minerals (ASX: DRM).

 

Robert Gherghetta

Non-executive Director
Robert is a Chartered Accountant with approximately 20 years experience in the natural resources industry, public practice and investment banking. Robert was co-founder of London-based oil and gas exploration and production company, Valiant Petroleum plc, listed on AIM. Prior to this he held various senior roles with Royal Bank of Scotland and Credit Suisse First Boston, spending several years in London, and Horwath Chartered Accountants Australia.
