General Offer

Pursuant to the Prospectus, the Company invites applications for 10,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise $2,000,000.

The Company may accept oversubscriptions of up to a further $500,000 through the issue of up to a further 2,500,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 each under the Offer. The maximum amount which may be raised under this Prospectus is therefore $2,500,000.

Aspire Offer

The Company is making an offer to the Aspire Shareholders to acquire all of their shares in Aspire on the terms set out in the Prospectus.

The Prospectus is dated 23 January 2012 (Prospectus). The paper form of the electronic Prospectus (including its attached Application Forms) accessible through this website was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on that date.
